Yes, the plugin is activated When I check the settings, there is no import option only export. I’ve installed on three WordPress sites with the same results. Does the Words plugin require being licensed? I only see the Free and Unlimited to Words Cloud option?
We have used Aspose Import and that had license keys.

I just installed version 6.3.1 using file: ‘aspose-doc-exporter.6.3.1.zip’ and the “Import from Media Gallery” is not present under the Post option on the Dashboard. WP version 5.9.3.
