So great to hear. Thanks so much. Do you have an ETA?
Ditto. Also, seeing the same issue through patchstack.
WordPress Photo Gallery, could you kindly check and release a fix?- This reply was modified 3 months ago by Sculley.
Actually, this is not excluded from cache:
/wp-admin/admin-ajax.phpThanks! That seemed to have worked. The message is gone.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Trouble Accessing Plugin Download – WooCommerce Name Your PriceThanks again for your reply. Unfortunately, I’ve already done exactly that—I submitted a support request through my own WooCommerce.com account (since mine is fully linked and working).
I was routed to the plugin’s support team, and they told me they couldn’t help because the issue involves an account/login problem—not the plugin itself.
So I’m now caught between channels—forum support is telling me to go to the support team, and the support team says they can’t assist with account access. Meanwhile, my client has paid for a plugin that we cannot download or activate, and I still can’t get any help with account recovery or license access.
We’re happy to provide all purchase details (email, card, etc.), and I’m asking again if there’s a direct support contact for account recovery or someone internally who can step in to look up the order and help us resolve this.
This is not a plugin issue—it’s an account access issue tied to a paid WooCommerce purchase, and we need help from the right team.
Thank you.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Trouble Accessing Plugin Download – WooCommerce Name Your PriceThanks for your reply—I really do appreciate your time. Unfortunately, we’ve already tried everything you outlined, several times.
I’m the developer working on behalf of my client, who recently purchased the Name Your Price plugin. My own WooCommerce.com account is linked to my WordPress.com login and working fine—this issue is specifically with his account.
We’re able to log into his WordPress.com account without issue. We’ve followed all the steps: logging into WordPress.com, then heading to WooCommerce.com and clicking the login prompt. That just loops us back to the screen shown in the screenshot I provided—asking for WooCommerce login credentials even though we’re already authenticated via WordPress.com.
We also tried resetting his WordPress.com password (even though we already had it), just to be thorough—still no luck.
At this point, we can’t access the WooCommerce.com account associated with the plugin purchase, and we’re stuck in a login loop. We urgently need access to:
- The plugin download
- The license key
- And ideally, help linking or recovering the correct WooCommerce.com account so this doesn’t happen again
I know it’s not safe to share login credentials here—and we haven’t. If you could provide a direct support contact or private email to move this off the public forum, we’re happy to provide the order number, purchase email, last 4 digits of the card, or anything else needed to verify the account and resolve this.
This is a paid, time-sensitive issue, and we’re just trying to get access so I can complete the setup for him.
Thanks again.
Yes, thank you. Ticket submitted.

In reply to: [Simple Membership] Renewal process not registeringHi there, just making sure you saw my last question above?
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Simple Membership] Renewal process not registeringThe system seems to be working now that we changed some things. The one thing that we don’t see is how to trigger an email notification to user after they renew. We don’t see an option in Settings > Email Settings or in the Email Notifications add-on. Is there a way to trigger an email to remind them what to do?

In reply to: [Simple Membership] How to update transfer SM data from one site to anotherI thought it was implied I’m using everything recommended on your site and in your articles.
To import, I’m using the CSV that you recommend downloading in this article https://simple-membership-plugin.com/simple-membership-bulk-import-member-data-csv-file/.I’m also using your Export Data add-on to export from current site. To import to new site, I will use the Import add-on. Although the column headers on the exported CSV and your recommended CSV template are different (I had to change the headers on the exported CSV to match the downloaded template). Now I’m ready to import it, but there is no way to upload payments. The only thing I can see is to cross reference the subscription ID with all the payment transactions but there are 14,000 of them so I can’t do that manually.
is this making sense? This seems like a mess. The client does have several of your paid add-ons.

In reply to: [Simple Membership] How to update transfer SM data from one site to anotherThanks for getting back. That’s the one I was getting ready to use. But I see it’s only for members and the issues I mentioned above. Can you please answer my questions and tell me the best way to do this? Surely there’s a way to update before launching.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Date orderHi there, thanks for the reply. No, we’re not using another plug-in. I’m not sure how it’s working if it’s not supposed to be.
