I’d be interested in a copy of the wp-customer-review.php, that you created. I’m having an issue of 3 check boxes being displayed on my review page.
I assume it is being caused by a js or jQuery conflict with the theme Arctica.
I forgot to mention i using the theme Arctica.
I have deactivated all other plugins.
The issues only occurs when I have Customer Reviews activated.
The formatting error is displayed as 3 check boxes being showed in the review section to “to confirm you are human”.
I’m assume this is a js or jQuery conflict between the plugin and theme.
The plugin author is non-responsive to my requests for assistance.
Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
I use the plugin on another without issue.
