Slider stops to work if plugin Modern Events Calendar Lite is activated. Did you have any suggestion?

I also don’t see option menu in WP 4.7 with MH Magazine lite or Twenty Fourteen theme but i see option menu, under Plugin menu, in another web site with WP 4.7 and theme53310 from templatemonster.
If i copy working link
(firstsite)/wp-admin/plugins.php?page=show_hide_author
to no working site
(secondsite)/wp-admin/plugins.php?page=show_hide_author
i obtain
