I have the same issue on several sites … also all using ACF (and the DIVI theme) – version 5.9.11 although not 100% sure it is actually a conflict with ACF. I can’t roll back on the development site we’re trying to resolve this issue on – if you can locate the previous version do let me know!
The time picker is also bugging out.
