Thank you for explaining this in such detail. I agree I am not the one to mess around with these actions and filters.
Please don’t take this the wrong way but what I am trying to correct is a typo in the wording of the email. The email text reads:
The recently uploaded image to (site name). From now, you image is online and available to site visitors.

For the approved image email changes I am not sure what you mean by
“This text can be overridden by any plugin by using the filters aoc_gallery_approved_mail and aoc_gallery_rejected_mail”.Can you be more specific as to how I do this. Sorry for being a newbie at this.

I still have a question on how to remove or stop the access of the media button on the left side of the user dashboard? They have access to the entire media library. Have I overlooked a setting for this in Alkivia or WordPress?

One more question. Is there any way to change the “date registered” so that I can override the system date? I am manually inputting profiles from one database to another and all of the profiles will have the same “member since” dates?

I was able to comment out the class.profile.php, since I don’t know enough yet about creating a template.
I also changed the order of the profiles to sort by date registered. I would prefer they are alphabetically but I can live with that if there is no way to do that too.

Hello all,
I would like to replace the “website” column in the user directory and replace with one of the custom user profile fields that came with this plugin. I believe the one I would use is the AIM line. I’d like it to pull what’s in that line, which in my case says “breed”. so my table would look like this:
Avatar Name Role Breed Member Since
img Fido subscr Pug dateI tried to change it in the profile.php with poor results.

subscriber = newbie
and so on.Can you tell me the file to access to make these changes?
