Absolutely! I first noticed it 2 weeks ago. I thought it was just me. I only saw this post because I went to Google looking for a fix.
Thank you, Enrique, for this comment! My Toolset forms were delivering with no body content after updating. Rolling back to 1.3.1.2 worked for me as well.
