I did not say the videos are working fine. I said THEY ARE NOT SHOWING UP AT ALL. No matter what I do, when I click “add video” no video gets added. I am not adding them from my computer. I saw that you said I could not do that. I am trying to add from YouTube. I cannot find any instructions on exactly how to do that. I have tried “add video from URL” and inserting a Youtube URL. It does not work. I have tried several options for adding from YouTube. My attempts so far have resulted in NO VIDEO BEING ADDED.
Let me put it this way:
Please give me STEP BY STEP instructions on HOW TO ADD A VIDEO to an answer in the poll theme “Total Soft Video Poll 1”

YouTube is fine – we put all our vids there. However, I have tried it and it does not work. I am using the Video Poll theme. When I add an answer and click “add image” it sends me to my media files and adds the image (although it is distorting the image a lot but that is a second issue). However, when I click “Add video” it still sends me to my media library. I have tried “Add media by URL” and putting in the video’s “share” link…it allows me to click “insert into post” but there is NOTHING THERE. I have also tried using the iframe embed code. NEITHER WORK. It is as if I did not click to add the video. What am I doing wrong and why don’t you have ANY DOCUMENTATION on how to do this?
