In my case (with FSE) I was able to solve it by enabling Full Control Mode, as explained here:

- It works as expected when the issue I was debugging has been resolved.
- BUT the debug.log file persists even after Purging and Deactivating, in cases where the issue I was debugging hasn’t been resolved.
Am I doing something wrong?

Steps to replicate:
1) I Added the support to Brazil adding BR to code*
2) Copy and paste my address from my Stripe BR to WooCommerce (Address line 1, Country, City / Zip Code).Note:
*I tried to add support by modifying the woocommerce-gateway-stripe.php file and in my second test through the snippet suggested here https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/stripe-is-supported-in-india/ (but modified for Brazil in the corresponding lines).Any help with this? Thank you!
