Hey Niklas, I deactivated all Plugins and changed to Storefront, but this isn´t causing the issue.
The thing is, that it isn´t even possible to choose an address in Paypal, when redirected. Screenshot
I already tried with different Sandbox accounts as live accounts, always the same issue.I could give you login credentials to a staging site, where you can work on that issue?

thanks for the fast reply. No, unfortunately there is no address transferred from paypal to woocomerce checkout, only Name and Email address.
