Can I also ask please, should the main plugin files be located in the plugins folder? Because I can’t see them there to check that all files are there as they should be 😬

Thank-you so much for your quick and detailed reply. I’ve checked and there isn’t a db.php file in the wp-content folder as you said. I don’t have access to the server to run any commands. Is it alright to manually place the db.php file from the plugin zip file download into the wp-content folder myself?

Yes here is the report from one of our websites. They’re both on the same server so I’m not sure if there’s some kind of conflict with that? They have different plugins and themes so I don’t think it looks like a theme or plugin conflict

Hi Subrata, is there any progress with this? It is really causing a major problem for us with the wallet deducting negative tax with custom orders. So if the customer has £100 wallet balance it is adding the 20% and deducting £120 from the order 🙁

Hello this is getting urgent. All the wallet purchases are not being credited to customer’s accounts and they cannot use their balance at the checkout.

Also a customer just ordered £100 wallet top up but the amount has not been credited to their wallet account. Their balance is just showing as £0
