Thank you for reaching out. We regret to inform you that due to low demand, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue development of our WordPress plugin. We appreciate the trust you’ve placed in us and are grateful for your continued support.
Please note that while our servers will continue to operate, supporting the SecSign App, we will no longer maintain or update the WordPress plugin. You can still use the existing version, but we won’t be releasing any further updates.
As a precaution, we recommend exploring alternative solutions to ensure compatibility with future WordPress updates, as the plugin may cease to function properly.
Unfortunately, due to the unique nature of our plugin and its integration with the SecSign App, we are unable to recommend an alternative solution that can provide the same level of functionality and security. Similarly, we do not have a substitute for WordPress. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding in this matter.

i looks like no SecSign ID is assigned to this wordpress user. You can check and change that in the user profile or in the SecSign Login options.
If you have locked yourself out of the site, you can follow our FAQ entry to deactive the plugin: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/secsign/#description
You can than reactive it and reassign a SecSign ID to your wordpress account.
I hope this fixes your problem. If not, you can also mail us at [email protected] to investigate this further.

Has this worked for you before or has the plugin never worked for you?
If it has worked before: did you change anything in the WordPress or network configuration of your website? Did you install or update any other WordPress plugins which might interfere? Did you change any settings of another WordPress plugin?
You can also answer this questions in an email to [email protected] if you don’t want to discuss this details in a public forum.

we are very sorry you can’t use our plugin. Unfortunately Elementro has tight restictions on the use of plugins, that’s why all the plugins you tried didn’t work, including ours.
There is nothing we can do about this and we can only support this plugin on plain WordPress installations.
You could try to contact the support of Elementro and ask them for help. We would be happy to help them make our plugin work at their service. If you have any more questions you can contact us at [email protected]

the plugins will do a connection to the SecSign server on https://httpapi.secsign.com but your hosting provider is blocking this request (at the LiteSpeed Web Server). You may have to ask your hosting provider to allow this connection in the proxy settings.

thanks for the notice. The plugin still seems to work as expected and we couldn’t see any misbehavior of the REST API. We are currently investigating the problems and will release an updated version once we find the cause of this warnings.

1 & 2) we are not aware of any problems with Woocommerce or any other plugin. Please send us an email at [email protected] if you encounter any problems or want to discuss your actual setup or any problem you might have.
3) We currently support this on Jira for example. If you have a need for it in this plugin please send us an email.
4 & 5) You can still allow password based login for users where this might happen. Also we have a restoration workflow for the SecSign ID so you won’t lose the access to your site even when your phone is stolen by using a recovery code and your email address.

thanks for your interest in our plugin.1) The admin can enable the SecSign authentication for individual users. He can also force the use of it. But by default the users can still use their passwords and activate the SecSign authentication by themselves. They can also disable the normal password login for their account to increase the security further when they are comfortible with the SecSign app.
2) The plugin can also be activated from the multisite admin to be used on all sites.

We strive to deliver excellent products and we appreciate any information on issues we need to fix.
Unfortunately, we were not able to reproduce this behaviour. What kind of login do you use, if not wp-login.php? Do you use the SecSignID login widget? Please provide more information about your setup. If you want to provide links or other confidential data, please use [email protected] . Thank you.
