I am having the same issue so very interested to know the answer to this.
I have already deleted these folders and removed everything from database tables. However looks like this plugin has totally corrupted our database. I have had problems in the past with plugins, database errors but never been in a situation where nothing will fix this problem. I have been trying for two weeks now with no success, boss is not happy. Looks like our whole company website is lost if we cant access the admin area.

I have run this SQL query and the tables have been moved however I am still getting access denied to wp-admin area. Is there something I could have missed? This has only occured since activating your plugin.
