    Hello,

    Thanks so much for updating the plugin. Great kudos to you. The user can now receive details of his booking.

    However, there are two issues I noted:

    1. The email name that is sent to the user is ‘WordPress’. Is showing that the email is being sent to the user by WordPress instead of the name of the website owner.

    2. The email that is being sent to the user is not properly arranged the way you arranged it in the setting area. For instance, see the way I got the email as a user below:

    Dear Segun David Oloye Your appointment has been received and is pending. We will get back to you soon. Best regards, — PALM Team.

    Meanwhile, this is how it should be arranged:

    Dear Segun David Oloye,

    Your appointment has been received and is pending. We will get back to you soon.

    Best regards,
    —
    PALM Team.

    Hello,

    I just discovered that because I didn’t complete the connection area the admin mail could not be sent.

    But now that I completed it, I can receive the admin mail now. But the user is not getting email yet.

    What can I do please for the use to get email.
