I failed update plugins and the wordpress was down with 500 HTTP error. I removed all the plugin then wordpress started to show its pages again. I moved back plugins one by one and I could not activate this content aware sidebars with the same message as above

I deleted this plugin then reinstalled again but the same message again.
Please help.
