UPDATE: I have the FluentSMTP plugin installed but looks like it has not been updated or tested with my current version of WordPress 6.5.2
I will try a different SMTP plugin.

It has worked fine for almost 2 years. It is only recently that the email notifications stopped being created and sent.

I also deactivated all plugins (except CF7 and Flamingo). No change.

I am not getting any email notifications of form submissions. I know that CF7 does not store the submissions but I have the Flamingo plugin that DOES save the submissions (so at least I can get to them eventually).
