    Thanks for your response and for the support document. That’s not resolve the issue. And LearnDash support doesn’t have a solution either and they recommend that I ask you… So let me insist, in case I haven’t explained me well before:

    If a teacher or a student are working in a private essay (or another kind of learndash content, like a lesson or task) and they submit a new comment, all the others leaders groups and all the others students receive the comment notification by email… But when it comes to replay to a comment, that response notification is received only by the student or teacher in question (no one else). That’s exactly I need!

    Is there any chance you can help me?

    Thanks for your feedback. Yes, View order endpoint in my Woocommerce is view-order.

    And yes, I’ve resaved the permalinks, but the problem continue…

    My WordPress and Woocommerce is updated to the latest version. No plugins or theme conflicts.

    If I give you the credentials, could you take a look at my site?

    Hi Senff,

    Yes, my customers are able to access all sections in My account page. They can view their orders list (/my-account/orders) but when they click in View order, the page is not found.

    I’ve desactivated all plugin to make sure there is not conflict. My theme is Avada, but I’ve tried with Twenty Twenty theme… None of this has helped me fix the problem

    I can send you my wordpress credentials to check the issue.
