In reply to: [AMP] AMP in Reader Mode Breaks Set Featured ImageI was able to find out that it is the Enhanced Media Library Plugin. If I disable the plugin (in troubleshooting mode and without the troubleshooting mode) I am able to upload a featured image with the AMP plugin activated.
Does this help you solving the issue?
Thanks

In reply to: [AMP] AMP in Reader Mode Breaks Set Featured ImageUnfortunately I have no test site. But I have downloaded the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin and switched on Troubleshoot. Enabling the AMP plugin in Troubleshoot mode I was able to set a featured image in a blog post without the error.
Does this mean the AMP plugin has a problem with one of the other plugins?
Thanks

In reply to: [AMP] AMP in Reader Mode Breaks Set Featured ImageSure. The status is Good and the 3 recommended improvements are:
– remove inactive plugins (which is AMP)
– update the PHP version (I am running 7.3.18)
– the optional module, imagick, is not installed (which is not supported by my host)- This reply was modified 5 years, 11 months ago by Michael.

In reply to: [AMP] AMP in Reader Mode Breaks Set Featured ImageI am running AMP 1.5.4 and the error appears in the post editor as soon as I am trying to set a featured image, but only if the AMP plugin is activated.
Here is a screenshot.
Thanks for your help!
Thanks for your help. I disabled embeds using the Clearfy plugin I was already using. Now the code has become a lot shorter to:
{"code":"rest_no_route","message":"No route was found matching the URL and request method","data":{"status":404}}But I think I would need these pages to stop existing in the first place to stop crawlers indexing those.
The only think I can not solve so far is the growing number of Ryte 401 errors I am getting from embed pages like this one: https://paulreno.de/wp-json/oembed/1.0/embed?url=https://paulreno.de/fender-vintera-50s-vs-american-vintage-52/.
I am wondering why does a page like this exist in the first place, why does it appear on crawls and how is Yoast handling such pages?
Hi @amboutwe
Thanks for your reply. I am a web developer and have a few years of SEO optimization experience. I did some googling to help myself. Maybe this can help others as well.
The 16 are 404 Errors are old portfolio pages that were used on the website before the latest update. I used a redirection plugin to solve this.
The 64 crawl issues are old pictures and old attachment pages that were deleted during the update. I installed the Search Index Purge plugin to fasten up the process of purging attachment URLs out of the search results. The rest will hopefully be solved by the redirection.
Some of the crawl issues were 1011 Errors and I thought that they were caused by the Cloudflare Hotlink Protection. Somehow installing the Search Index Purge plugin made them 404 Errors and they are now being redirected.
Hi @darnelldibbles
Thank you for your reply and for clarifying. Yes, that’s right!I just checked the Google Search Console and noticed that my site has
of which 64 are Crawl Issues
I am desperate for help.
I already figured it out. Somehow the customize settings were reseted.
@jarretc can you help me out again and tell me why featured images are not showing up on my start page?
