Just to clarify, the questions disappear from the dashboard view but are still there in the user-side.
Well I uninstalled, deleted etc. Reinstalled and tried again. No luck.
So I can uninstall and reinstall without losing any of my directory entries?
I don’t get any error # or code. It just says “Error: Entry cannot be added”
I was thinking of uninstalling and reinstalling but I’m afraid of losing my directory which already has over 150 entires. Is there a way to do a fresh install without losing these?
I am able to edit existing entires.
