Sorry i forgot to ask as BBC can i add all users? Dunno if with a Smart Tag could work. In this case the notification would be sent to all registered users. Is not what i want but for start, maybe is the only solution.

About email notifications, i think with that fields, i can´t do what i would like to do. What i am trying to do is, if a user from Portugal submit a request form, only the recipients/ registered users from Portugal group will receive the notification email. I am using the group plugin to set the users groups by countries.

I think i would need the user group field to add as hidden on the form. If anyone have ideas how to make this work, please tell me.
