thanks for your request. unfortunately the problem is not solved. may my desription of the problem was not clear.

if you open the page frauvonda.de on a mobil-phone, you have a very wired page. for me, it seems like the background picture of the other pages (the pink bird) is behind the picture for the front page, and you can see that on the mobile-version at a mobil-phone. did you see that on your mobile-phone?

what can I do, that I just see the picture with the grey/blue-bird at the front-page with the pink text underneath – on a mobile-phone?

now I can change the color for the active menu-buttons, but not for the a:hover – when the mouse is over the buttons, there is still the green color.

this code does unfortunately NOT work. i put hover instead of active into the code:

how can I change the a:hover = mouseover-effekt?

I created a new menü and then it works. I had one before. but ok. now it works.

but now the portfolio-point in the menu is not bold when i am on the portfoli-site. how can I make that? the other pages are bold when I use your code.
