I did speak to the host, where they haven`t been able to help me.
Since there was no clarity about the error with the host, I disconnected from Jetpack to have the original site as my host thought I could just delete everything from the copied site on worldpress/me.
Therefore, I have done nothing afterwards, and have not contacted my host, as I fear repetition with a copied site and no function of mailchimp
