Ah, this is “by design” ?! I should have know it earlier… spent so much time. I thought it is a bug.

Thank you for attention guys,
I just did completely new install with latest Turnkey WordPress.
Applied the theme and, viola, half buttons and text are missing when not logged.

Rajan, this install is in vmware box. Is there anything I can paste ?
