Crashed multiple sites as described….renaming the plugin directory through ftp has the sites back up.

Makes total sense. Seeing an extended period of time would be more of a investigative tool rather than something you would want to see all the time (it would be confusing and most likely take awhile to display.
A way to temporarily see a longer period (e.g. 30 days) would be useful. For example, the last time I had to do a proposal to expand digital advertising to a specific region based on website interest — I had to parse the raw server logs and create a bar chart in excel to backup up my assertion.
I am new to your product and have found it to be a useful tool beyond what I could achieve with regular web server statistics.

I just had this happen…when I turned on async mode.
async on —- no refresh of access log
async off — normal refresh
