That works but the space is too small now, it brings the article right up against the other one
I only need to decrease it half that space.
It seems that the code only works in divisions of 10? Is there another solution?Yes, I have toyed with the modern block themes but my old brain finds it a little difficult to manage.

Thanks for replying. Your code didn’t work but when I did an inspect on the title it gave me this:
.wp-block-post-title :where(a) { [so I added font-size: 22px;] and viola:
.wp-block-post-title :where(a) {
font-size: 22px;
}
It seems to have changed the excerpt heading and the single post heading.
