Hello, sorry for the delay but I’ve been busy. My problem is not solved yet. I amended/deleted some shipping options but the “Flat Rate – Express Postage $19.95” I cannot delete, and it is showing up twice in the cart on the website. I need to delete it and set up some more and different shipping options. I have tried everything and cannot find how to resolve this problem in the documentation. I’m unsure how to create a support ticket. Do you need my WP_admin and password details? How do I create a support ticket? Thanks
