Btw. would you recommend using Flying Pages by WP Speed Matters plugin instead of this built-in prefetch feature? The cart works fine with this plugin.

Hi shysh, I have the exact same problem. Have you found any solution?

I solved this by implementing Yoast SEO breadcrumbs.
