The code in the Select statement has a script that uses jQuery Chosen, which is a jQuery add-on, but is NOT included in this plug-in’s distribution.

I installed the “WP Chosen” plug-in, and then the look of the Lists selector changed and acted like a “Chosen” selector should.

However, after selecting a list, the form still errored out, saying that the Lists field was required.

This error makes this plugin completely useless and should be corrected ASAP.
