    I am experiencing the same issue. Images from the Gutentor Post Module fail to load (or are not displayed) in version 3.4.8 and subsequent versions. Version 3.4.7 and all prior versions, however, function correctly.

    increase memory_limit
    and max_execution_time
    in php.ini

    Many attempts to migrate wp site from webmatrix to wamp was unsucessful. Finaly I did it. Widouth any customization just in couple cliks.
    On the apache install basic wp site with migration all-in-one migration plugin. Click import, save permalinks as they are in original windows server site. Everithing works. I asume my problem was older wp instalation. On wp 4.0.1 works great.
