sorry for late reply, i have fixed this issue… it was problem oceansticky header plugin. disabled the plugin.. problem solved

1. could you please teach me how i can try to implement shortcode or php code to slider. i dont have any idea about it. or if you could suggest any other product slider for elementor which support label is also good for me..
2. if i use condition by page, there is a similar/featured product in side bar, there will be appear label?
