right now the contraction mode is off but the under contraction page is displayed

It did not work. This happens everywhere. We are checking from multiple locations on multiple devices so not a cache issue. This is a clear problem with the add on and did not solve even by removing the add on.
Please check thoroughly and fix this matter as early as possible
