@pimjitsawang , @yaniiliev, thanks so much for responding so soon, i actually overlooked something indeed, after doing the restore i had the site urls saved with the “/” at the end and “www” at the front. changing the urls to example.com rather than http://www.example.com/ resolved the issue

It was initally set to false and i set it to true just to pinpoint the problem, now it’s back to false and the page does’t load, still getting error 503 server unavailable, so i wouldn’t be able to update it when the v5 comes out since i can’t access the back end
