This is not the result of a plugin incompatibility. The issue happens when we use more than one category shortcode per page.

So – if we only have one category shortcode on a page, then when a person clicks through to sign up for a particular event/date, only one sign up sheet is served.

If we have two or more category shortcodes on a page, then when a person clicks through to sign up for a particular event/date, two identical copies of the same sign up sheet are served, one above the other on the page.

Also – when creating the categories, the text indicates that the category name will appear on the sign up sheet, but it doesn’t. On the page listing all of the sheets – only the words “Current Sign-up Sheets” appear. If there is more than one category on a page, then that phrase appears above each category grouping of events. The category also does not appear after clicking through to an individual signup sheet.

Thanks for the speedy reply. I’ll check the plugins. But I have a custom theme, so would switching to twenty eleven have any impact?
