Thanks for your reply. There were no deliberate changes right before this started (it used to work; then it stopped). It’s possible an automatic update ran, but I can’t confirm which.

The problem occurs only on the front-end (published page). In Gutenberg Preview the quiz works normally. On the front-end, clicking “Start Quiz” jumps to the top of the page and the quiz never initializes. This affects all quizzes, including a brand-new one, and it happens with both the Shortcode block and the Forminator block. There are no errors in the browser console.

I did temporarily disable a few plugins to test, but that didn’t change anything. I haven’t done the full “only Forminator active + default theme” conflict test yet; I can do that on staging after a backup if needed.

My site isn’t public yet, so I can’t share a public URL on the forum. If there’s a private way to share a temporary front-end link, I can do that.

Given that Preview works and the published page doesn’t, it seems the quiz scripts aren’t initializing on the front-end. Please advise next steps (or a filter/action to force asset loading on the front-end).
