Hi Fluent SMTP Team,
I’m following up on a critical issue we’ve been facing with Fluent SMTP on our WordPress site.
We’re using Outlook/Office 365 as the mailer, integrated with Fluent Forms. Despite multiple authentication attempts (4–5 times), we are still encountering the following error consistently:
“Unauthorized” – even when sending a test email.
Our hosting provider (WP Engine) has already confirmed there are no server-side blocks or restrictions causing this.
We would appreciate your prompt support on this matter as it’s impacting our client’s operations.
