You can do it by editing the Plugins core file using the plugin editor.
1. Open the plugin with plugin editor and Find the PHP file “theme-one.php” in –
Public >Views >Templates > theme-one.php
at line# 35 replace h2 tag with p tag
2. at Public > Views > shortcoderender.php file line#172 you will find
h2.tfree-client-name replace it with p.tfree-client-name
3. To stylize the author name go to Public > assets > css > style.css and at line# 59 you will find
p.tfree-client-name. You can stylize the author name text from here.

There is no option for changing the h2 tag in the plugin’s current version. We will include this feature in a future update.

We have checked the plugin on our local multisite setup and its working properly on all sites.
So, I would like to request you deactivate all the plugins one by one and check if there is any conflict with other plugins. You can also switch the theme for checking if there is any theme plugin conflict issue.

We have tested the plugin even with 15 different shortcodes in the same page and it’s working fine.
Please check if you have generated the shortcodes and use them properly. If you are trying to generate an image carousel then please check if you have uploaded images correctly. If the issue is none of them then you can share your website URL so that we can inspect the issue. For more help, reach out us.

The free version of the plugin doesn’t load google font. Google font can be enabled in the pro version only. please check if the font is being loaded by other plugins.
You can also share your Webpage URL so that we can figure out where the fonts are loading from.
