Sorry for the inconvenience! We have just tested the plugin with WordPress 5.3 and found that it is working fine.
May be any other plugin is hindering to load the plugin’s back-end style. As the issue is very rare to us, without looking into your dashboard, we are unable to point out the specific cause.

Thank you for trying the plugin. We have just tested the WordPress Carousel Free plugin with WordPress 5.3 and OceanWP 1.7.3 theme and the plugin is working as it should.

But hidden contents and visible contents are not treated equally.
Any content that comes after the ‘read-more’ or appears on button click does not carry the same weight as what came before. In other words, if it’s not immediately apparent to visitors, Google deems it as less important.Hi,
Thank for trying the Logo Carousel plugin. Sorry to say, the current version of the plugin doesn’t allow to access the carousel post type with WordPress REST API.
If you want to try, this instruction may help you.
We will try to make the plugin’s data accessable with REST API through future updates.

Sorry for being late in replying. The plugin itself doesn’t have any API but if you are able to pull data from the WordPress database, you’ll be able to pull the plugins data too. As the plugin stores its data to the database as a custom post type.
The post type of this plugin is sp_easy_accordion

Thank you for trying the WordPress Carousel. yes, you can use multiple shortcodes on one page. But make sure that you are using a shortcode only once.

Sorry for the delay. Hearing from you, we have tested the plugin with the Elementor ( Shortcode widget) and found that it’s working fine.
Could you check with the switching theme and deactivating other plugins to be sure that there is no conflict on your site?
Without looking into your dashboard, it’s quite difficult to say the exact reason.
