Check your php version in the hosting cPanel and downgrade to a previous version. If you are running php8 right now, get back to php7.4, if the site works, update all the plugins and try to upgrade the php version to the 8.1.
Maybe the plugin added a few lines in the .htaccess to make the website works with a newer php version and that’s because it crashed.
