Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Account buttons aren’t respondingThanks Moses. I solved the issue by deactivating all the plugins and then plugging them back in. After enabling it I reset the permalinks. I did it twice and it didn’t work, but the third time it mysteriously worked. I don’t know if it was the order I did it in or what, but it all works now. thank you for checking!
Hi, can I get some help please. My affiliates are not able to log in to their accounts.
I sent emails and used the form to contact you. Thanks
I am not sure how to do that, but am wondering why I can’t login when disabling the cache tool. I contacted you via the form as well.
3rd Update* I logged into Account #2 successfully, but when I switched back to my original account (Account #1), it displayed Account #2’s information (coupon codes, username, etc.).To test further, another user logged into their account, and I was able to see their account details as well. It seems like the last user to log in causes their account details to override and display for everyone else.
Update* I deactivated litespeed cache and now it shows a different issue. When I log into my WP account and try to click on affiliate account, it shows a log in page again. Then I tried to login, but it doesn’t allow me to log in as an affiliate. Then I reactivated the litespeed cache plugin and the affiliate dashboard works again. However, it’s not my account it’s someone elses.

I found this page that looks similar to what I am facing: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/affiliates-dashboard-is-only-showing-loading/ .
I haven’t changed updated or added any plugins. It just started randomly. It worked yesterday just fine. The only thing that changed is I had large influx of affiliates sign up yesterday.
That must have been for a different one. I am all caught up on everything except this. I don’t see any emails, so I am responding here. I also never opened a ticket for it.
It’s still doing the same thing. I can see the backend for about 2-3 seconds then it redirects the page.
Hi, I haven’t heard back from you via email. I am still having this issue. If I manually ad a user it gives the bonus, but not when they register normally. Now I have another problem that the user that I manually created has two bonuses. I made one in the meantime that if they make a purchase over $1 they get it. How do I remove the one bonus from their account?
Also, How do I get the users first purchase upon sign up to get credit for the sale?
Okay I got your email and did what you said. Let’s talk via email. Thanks
Hi, this worked and the menu options are there, but i’m not able to see the changes. For example it automatically shows the “Your Team” section, but if you choose the “Invite” option, it doesn’t change. It just stays on “Your Team.”
I just tested it again on the desktop. If I make the screen more narrow all the buttons disappear even on the desktop. Must be a bug or something. Can you take a look at this please.
Nevermind, I see it is found in the payouts section. Sorry
Awesome thanks! Could you please check on the support tickets regarding the bonuses not being given as well please? I submitted it through the portal.
