Hi @dallendalton,

We are not using multisite.

It looks like the db is version 4.8.0 – I’m not sure what version is the most up to date but I’m guessing it’s something more recent than this and the updates aren’t completing. Do you have any tips to force updating? I have tried the woocommerce / status / tools / update database several times and it always just says it’s running in the background.
