Thanks for the speedy reply.
I was using Force WebP option because the configuration was not serving WebP images and that was the last config I tried.
Unchecked Force WebP and ran the bulk optimize, that did the trick, much appreciated.
I suggest adding the tip of running a bulk optimize after enabling WebP conversion, may save some people a lot of time.
@bbooth4 Could you please elaborate where/how you grabbed the html tag.
Did you add some JS to the page to achieve this?
Where does one find the option to enable form fields html?
