I managed to get it working by creating a new App Registration in Azure and setting the Power BI permissions, then granting access to them as an admin.
Did you end up getting a resolution for this? I’m having the same issue.

Tried this out and it works great…allows you to use the Portrait page layout defined in Power BI Desktop automatically. Would love to see this added into the next release. Nice find @joepbi
