No thanks to the support team but i did figure out how to fix my issue. What the video isn’t telling you or support, is when you are in the visual editor of the page you are creating, there is a button in the editor called toolbar toggle, you click that and then the icons for ESSL will appear.
Im not bumping, I just need some support. Its been almost two weeks since i have made this post.

In reply to: New Install QuestionsCool! Thank you! I am liking WP very much after the last few sites i have developed in this platform.
The files were already uploaded to the primary domain and theme was installed, I just had to configure the theme pages, menu, plugins..etc.
This is the first case of a complete install from the development staging link. Once the development is done, moving everything to the primary directory without breaking anything will be the next challenge.
