In reply to: featured image mayhemI just realized that maybe the theme is creating a cropped up version of the featured image of each post to put on top.
This is for instance one of those posts: http://mariannesouliez.com/2015/07/09/mourir-sage/
the image on top is not the featured image mourir-sage-slide-def.jpg (which is 120×550), but an image called mourir-sage-slide-def-1170×550.jpgThe weird thing is that just when I changed the featured image, it first showed full size in the post (which is what I want), and then the next time I went on the page, it had this cropped version instead.
If you find any sense in this, thanks !

Along the same line,s here is what I wish to do:
– the home page remains with full posts
– the pages showing posts belonging to a category shows extracts and a featured image for each post.

In reply to: can't change permalink to a new pagethe onlu butto I get next to the permalink (below the title of the post) is “Get Shortlink” ( which gets me to an error page as the link is not a functional one) .
The Edit button has vanished and does not appear again whatever I tried.
