i can confirm this is an issue, which i m also facing. have done every step mentioned in this thread, no other plugin is handling this. request to keep this in pending so that anyone facing it can come and check for future.

Hi srry for the late reply, there was forced cache option in our xstore theme. disabling that allowed us to use the plugin without any issues.
