UPDATE: I have FOUND the list of language subdirectories that I was asking for (see above). Just FYI, I found this “list” in the manual setup documentation on Gtranslate’s site.
For anyone who’s interested, here is a list of all the language subdirectories (at root-level) used by Gtranslate (separated by the “|” symbol):
