Thanks you two. I already have the Tamba instructions but was lost as what I needed to do in what order.
My webhost (Dreamhost) does a one-click installation on WordPress, so I will go restore the database first, then hit the one-click installation and when finished run /wp-admin/upgrade.php.
I’m off to do this now and will post back if I was successful.
