Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Email notification of comments just stoppedProbably a dozen comments (or slightly more) have been submitted, all on various posts. Unfortunately turning off plugins and turning them back on hasn’t helped — another couple comments just came in, with again no notification. As mentioned, plugins have not changed over the past few months and comment notification was working beautifully until a few days ago. Very frustrating!
Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Email notification of comments just stoppedWe’ve got about 25 plugins installed (active and deactivated) but we have not added any new plugins in the last few months — the email notification was working fine for many months and just stopped this week, although we’ve not changed anything on the site.
Unfortunately this still didn’t work. If I disable the plugin, the avatars are all sized correctly (but then they only appear as grey boxes–Mystery Man style–with no photos appearing).
Do you think there is a conflict between the plugin and my theme?
Thanks again.Thanks Bangbay. I tried adding the width and height code you sent, but it did not change anything.
So I searched for the image responsive code and this is what I have:
img {
height: auto;
width: auto; /* IE8 */
}I’m not sure what the “/*IE8 */ refers to? Also, if I remove this, will it affect other images on the blog? Thanks!

In reply to: [TablePress - Tables in WordPress made easy] Center Images Within CellsHi Tobias,
Thanks for your quick response! Unfortunately that didn’t work — the images are still lining up at the left edge of the cells.
I’ve double-checked that when I inserted the images into the cells their alignment is set as “none”. I’ve also tried selecting their alignment as “center”, but that didn’t change things either.
Any thoughts of what I might be missing here?
Thanks,
Shelly
