Same issue here, white screen of death after update. I have php version 5.4. The error.log file has:
mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Fatal error: Can’t use function return value in write context in /var/www/vhosts/lagomar.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-member/includes/core/class-files.php on line 103
For now, I have reverted to version 2.0.25 and it is working again.

This worked for me –
I added this to the bottom of my theme’s css file:.fb_iframe_widget {background:#e8e8e3 !important;}Then adjusted the height to match.
