I am experiencing the same problem as Alec. I’ve tried uninstalling as well as running a plugin recommended to remove all “strays” from my tables called “Clean Options” however the field to validate the account no longer appears.

I’m new to W3TC and was totally stoked to begin seeing some load times go down. I am somewhat relieved to see that the CSS problem is not exclusive to my rookie ways … however just wondering … has anyone else been experiencing problems with their CDN’s being recognized.
I use Amazon S3 along with CloudFront
When I setup my CDN to refer to the S3 … everything seems to work including the CSS even with the minify selections enabled
However when I reference the CloudFront (either push or pull) the CSS blows up.
Hummmmmmmmm … any ideas?
